It is possible to observe how the system is
controlling the printing of your documents using the Print Manager which
is built into Microsoft Windows. The
Print Manager can either be
opened from the Settings menu or from the Control Panel.
It is opened by double-clicking the default printer.The list of print jobs that are still being processed will be displayed in the Print Manager window. Jobs that have been completed are automatically removed from the Print Manager window and as such you may need to be either very quick or you may need to switch off temporarily the printer in order to view jobs. Once the Print Manager is open it is possible to either delete existing print jobs or pause them. A typical print list is shown below. |
